If you use this website you will be deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions including, where relevant, our Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”).

Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service without notice (see below).

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for access to our website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons accessing the website through your internet connection are aware of the terms of this Agreement and comply with them.

You may print off one copy of any page from our website for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organization to material posted on it. Our status (or that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on this website should always be acknowledged.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Two2Read guarantees that if you use this program as designed, your child will improve their reading ability. If within the first six (6) weeks of receiving the FUN ACTIVITIES, you feel that you deserve your money back, we will refund the full amount.

DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING

1. An email acknowledging your new password to enter the Two2Read Member Web Site. You will be required to enter this each time you wish to use the Two2Read Member Web Site
2. Your first email from Two2Read along with your first newsletter:

“How to Get Organized.”

This will include a list of suggested materials you might want to prepare in advance.
This will also include an easy appraisal document to help you decide which level might be appropriate for your child.
You will also receive your first FUN ACTIVITY for week #1.

Other images, titles, names, characters and company names mentioned on this website may be the trade names or registered trademarks of Two2Read or their respective owners. All such trade names, logos and trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent or that of the respective owner or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion for customers or that disparages or discredits Two2Read or the respective owner.

USE LIMITATION

You may not use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, communicate to the public, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any images, graphics, files, software, products, information, content or services obtained from this website without our prior written permission. You may not frame any content from this website with advertising, promotional material, information or other content without our prior written consent. Other than what is allocated in the “purchase agreement.”

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

You warrant to Two2Read that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement. It is a condition of using this website that you will not violate or attempt to violate the security or integrity of the website, including, without limit, accessing data not intended for users of the website; attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the website for security breaches; attempting to interfere with service to users of the website (including, without limit, submitting a virus or corrupted data to the website, overloading the website or carrying out any form of denial of service attack, or continuously posting repetitive material on the website); attempting to decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the content or software comprising or making up any part of the website; and sending unsolicited advertising or other communications to users of the website.

USE OF E-CARDS

Description
Two2Read is providing you with a capability to send electronic mail via the World Wide Web and on Two2Read own system (‘E-Card Facility’). If used, you must: (1) provide all equipment, including a computer and modem, necessary to establish a connection to the World Wide Web; (2) provide for own access to the World Wide Web and pay any telephone service fees associated with such access.

Conduct
You are solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions through the E-Card Facility. Your use of the E-Card Facility is subject to all applicable English and European Union laws and regulations.

You agree not to: use the service for chain letters, junk mail, spamming or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process. transmit through the E-Card Facility any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature. use the service for illegal purposes.

You recognize and accept that the E-Card Facility provided by Two2Read is not intended to be an Anonymous Email Service. Every e-card sent includes the IP (Internet Protocol) address from which the login session originated. With this header information, the source of a message can be narrowed dramatically (often directly to your computer). This is done for the protection of recipients of an e-card. To report a violation of these e-card Conduct rules and regulations, please e-mail us at privacy.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury arising through negligence; (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; or ©) anything else that cannot be excluded under US law. We do not warrant or represent that material downloaded and/or accessed via or from our web site will be free or viruses or other similar contaminants and you should operate the most up-to-date virus protection software at all times.
Other than as stated in this Agreement, we:

do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage which may arise from reliance on any information contained in this website;
do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from any reliance placed on third party content on the website by you or anyone who may be informed of any of its contents;
